My name is Adela B Hernandez and my husband is Astronaut Jose M Hernandez. We have had the worst experience in your carpet company. Our order was placed on January 6, 2012. As of now it has not been installed completely. Job that should have only taken a week at the most. Delays have occurred over and over. When order was placed it took over a week for carpet to be delivered, when it arrived and installation took place the installers realized measurements were taken wrong. More carpet had to be ordered, that took another week. Came in, the color did not match. Another week of waiting. Installation company called to say it did not come in. Will be from today February 24 another week to wait. Doubt it will come in. I have requested a cancellation of services and my money be refunded but have been treated rudely by the manager at Gulf Freeway, Houston Texas. We are greatly disappointed and are considering taking legal action if issue is not resolved. Nobody will give me the telefone number of the owner of the company which I find unethical.
